1) The reason behind her divorce was due to when she caught Prince Charming having sex with one of the servant wenches. He had a history of being unfaithful in marriage, his first two marriages ending due to sleeping with other women, and Cinderella wasn't going to give him any second chances since she knew his history. She reluctantly held off the divorce just long enough for them to escape from the Homelands into the Mundane World. What exactly happened during the divorce is never shown in the comic, but it was said that both parties tried not to make a big show about it, and Cindy didn't try to get any money out of Charming.
The impact of the divorce made her realize a few things. Nothing lasts forever, especially in terms of love. Also she realized the kind of freedom that she now has without being tied down to someone.
2) Cinderella really doesn't show actual anger, since she knows it can cloud her judgement and thus affect her job. She will show annoyance with sarcastic remarks, but she never lashes out in full blown anger. The two times she's come close to showing true anger was with her Fair Godmother, for setting her up with Charming, and with Dorothy Gale, after being accused for being just another gun for hire.
She somewhat has two personae. Her public persona is that of a self centered fashionista who openly complains about her ex-husband and is not all that responsible when it comes to money. Her business persona tends to be cold when serious situations come around. Both personae due tend to be sarcastic and snarky. (The two personae actually start to blend together later on in the comic when it becomes publicly known that she is a spy.) Everyone will get to see her public persona but her spy persona she will keep locked away unless there is a battle with the Navy or she meets someone she can trust to let them know that she's a spy.

Even when accused of being in it for profit by Dorothy Gale (a Fable of refused to join Fabletown and became an assassin for profit) Cindy showed true anger and kicked her off the side of a cliff.
4) It's not so much that she's paranoid, or hates guns, its that she doesn't want to become too dependent of them. She even uses the saying "if all you have is a hammer everything will start to look like nails," and that's how she views guns. She does acknowledge that they are useful tools for her line of work thus keeps a large variety of them so that she can have the right kind of gun for certain missions if needed. Most of the time she just sticks to hand guns, if she does need one.
5) Like all Fables, who are practically immortal, Cindy's interests go all over the place because she had to the time to explore and try new things. Despite the high end image she keeps up, she does enjoy camping and loves to skydive. Travel is also one of her passions as well as learning different martial arts from other Fables.
